Synthetic turf was laid across key areas, providing a lush, water-saving alternative to natural grass, while Belgard-style hardscapes framed the kitchen and living zones for durability and timeless style. The hot tub enclosure was customized to provide privacy and comfort, completing the spa-like experience.
