The project began with the challenge of converting a retention area into usable space. Our team addressed grading, drainage, and layout to create a safe, durable foundation for the upgrades. The swim-up bar became the centerpiece of the pool area, with glass tile accents adding elegance and visual appeal.
Next, we built the outdoor kitchen and fireplace as complementary entertainment hubs, ensuring both dining and relaxation zones were seamlessly connected. Travertine was used throughout for its durability, cool-touch comfort, and classic aesthetic. The custom steps further defined the flow of the yard, allowing easy access between areas while enhancing the architectural feel of the space.
